Being a “taquero” they specialise in tacos, served fresh and packed full of flavour from their little orange 1978 Renault Estafette taco truck “Emilio”.

They are travellers who love food. They’ve lived with, cooked with and eaten with the locals, and they believe the recipes they’ve been taught shouldn’t be messed with or “Westernised”. They make everything from scratch; their delicious salsas, Belizean frijoles and chunky guacamole. Even their soft gluten- free corn tortillas are freshly pressed in the morning!

The aromas of their signature pulled pork, spicy mushrooms or juicy steak will draw in the crowds and their stunning little van will have everyone talking. They have catered a number of weddings and events and the feedback has been outstanding with guests loving the look and feel of the vintage van and enjoying the fresh exotic flavours of the food. The choice of tacos you serve up can be tailored to suit any dietary requirements or personal tastes and Chris and Kerry will always do their best to accommodate any additional requests you may have.
