Hi, we are a family business based in the heart of the Peak District. With our son Adam as the Head Pizzaiolo who trained in Naples, and head Chef Sally, who graduated from the Artisan School of Food, we aim to serve the best Neapolitan pizza outside of Naples. We use authentic Italian ingredients with a twist of local and home made produce where available. Our dough is carefully proven slowly over 24 hours with a minimum of yeast, which give a light digestable pizza with a fantastic taste.
We have an eye-catching landrover with a wood fired pizza oven in the back, which gives a really interesting addition for your event. The branding is funky and cool (we think) .
We are happy to offer salads, starter anti-pasta sharing boards and deserts if required.
